Anti wrinkle treatments are an effective way to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, thus restoring a more youthful appearance and improving a persons self confidence.

Dr Maeve Byrne is a trained medical doctor, who is qualified and experienced in providing anti wrinkle injections. Maeve also has a diploma in dermatology from UCD. (Please note that Maeve is not a consultant dermatologist.)

You can book an initial consultation with Maeve where you will have an opportunity to discuss your treatment goals. You will not be pressurised into getting any treatment at this initial consultation. You will have the chance to digest this information and come back at a later date for treatment should you wish. However, should you want to proceed and receive anti wrinkle injections there and then, she can perform the treatment at this initial consultation.


WHAT AREAS DO WE INJECT?

  • The glabellar complex (commonly known as the ‘11’ frown lines)

  • Frontalis muscle (forehead lines)

  • Orbicularis oculi (crows feet)

  • Nasalis (bunny lines)

  • Platysma (neck lines)

  • Obicularis oris (“lip flip”)

  • Mentalis (pebble chin)

  • Excessive armpit sweating

We use tiny needles, and there is only minimal discomfort during the procedure.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

  • Initial Consultation €50 (redeemable against the cost of treatment)

  • One area €180

  • Two areas €250

  • Three areas €300

  • Additional areas €70 per area (however please note that treatment of armpits for sweating costs €450 )


HOW LONG DOES IT LAST FOR?

Most people notice an effect within 4 to 14 days of their treatment. In general the effect will last between 3-4 months , however some people only need re-treatment every 6 months.
